[SystemSafety] Archiving

Folks,

we have identified some archiving SW that looks to us as if it will do a reasonable job. It's native 
code, without an installation package for, say, Debian Linux so it will have to be installed by 
hand, with the security environment manually customised. We started on it, but it's not first 
priority so will likely take a few days.
