Well, now, wait a minute. List price is $45 or £31.95. You do 5p better than John in the UK but 
worse in the US.

You can't discount books in Germany, even through Amazon. Amazon Germany is offering it at €34.90.

You do good, but you shouldn't exaggerate. (Have I said this to you before?)  Nice try, though :-)
