[SystemSafety] "Engineering a Safer World" class information for 2013

I will once again be teaching a week-long class on system safety this year
at the Talaris Conference Center in Seattle. The dates are July 15-19. The
class will concentrate on the new techniques and approaches described in
Engineering a Safer World.
