(Apologies if you have already received this notice)

Dear all,

I am writing to kindly ask you to answer some questions about the state of the practice concerning change impact analysis of safety evidence for critical systems: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/DLZ79FH

The survey is targeted at practitioners that are or have been involved in this activity. It is part of the work in OPENCOSS (http://www.opencoss-project.eu/), a European research project that is developing an open-source infrastructure for safety assurance and certification of critical systems. Your answers will help us to develop solutions that fit the current practices and needs regarding safety evidence change.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Jose Luis de la Vara
