It's worth a look.

The draft has clearly taken a lot of effort. It's 230 pages with
extensive guidance material.

It will be interesting to see the approach that service providers take
to meeting the requirements that are placed on them. Footnote 41 says,
in part, "Demonstrating that something behaves only in accordance with
its specification can be extremely challenging, but is nonetheless
required. " Footnote 42 adds "And that the specification is complete
i.e. it does nothing else. ".

Elsewhere, the draft makes it explicit that a requirement that is placed
on a service that is provided using a computer system applies also to
the software that is part of that computer system.

Challenging indeed.
