Safety-critical Systems Symposium 2015 (SSS'15) , 3-5th February 2015, Bristol, UK

SSS'15 returns to Bristol with three days of presented papers, of which a number will be selected based on abstracts received. The Symposium is for all of those working in the field of systems safety offering wide-ranging coverage of current safety topics, and a blend of academic research and industrial experience.

Topics include:

*             Safety engineering
*             Safety experience in industry sectors such as: aerospace, automotive, defence, energy, government, health, policing, manufacturing, nuclear, oil and gas, rail and water.
*             Safety methods and processes, tools and techniques
*             Data in safety systems
*             Management of safety
*             Safety standards
*             Security and safety
*             Competence assessment
*             Human factors
*             Safety verification and assurance
*             Certification
*             Safety-critical software
*             Safety organisations and safety culture

Prospective authors should submit a proposed title and 100-word abstract to: mike.parsons at cgi.com<mailto:mike.parsons at cgi.com> by 30th May 2014. Successful authors will be invited to prepare a paper in September 2014. Papers will be reviewed and comments fed back to the authors. The Symposium Proceedings will be published at the event; the book and individual papers will be made available online.
