[SystemSafety] Nissan's new Indian car unsafe

A "few" years ago, people like Aristotle and Cicero devised the principle
later coined as 'rule of law' hoping that it would help mankind to
be protected from the particular wills of individuals and protect our
freedom.
Sadly enough, rule of law for some people/organizations seams no more than
a getaway for tremendously stupid acts.
What a shame...
