[SystemSafety] A solar flare, and Carrington

I was mistaken about the event. Apparently it all went on between October 18 and end October, as sunspot AR 12192 rolled across the earth-facing part of the sun, and people are expected the sunspot to come back into sight in a couple weeks. It is the sunspot which is huge, not necessarily its flares. None of the flares it released so far were worrisome.
