[SystemSafety] Does "reliable" mean "safe" and or "secure" or neither?

Does should be dogs. See attached picture.

 

I go for walk they take themselves though hedges, puddles, undergrowth, up
trees and down holes. 

When younger they used to bring back rats.  Normally ½ each.
