[SystemSafety] MISRA-C launch new documents to cover security as well as safety

MISRA is launching (07/05/2016)  four new documents to cover MISRA-C or C++ compliance and deviation  A TC to MISRA-C:2012  and two documents of C source code security. 
The documents should have been launched last week  (and indeed some did get them until a bug was found  in the document templates)   but will be posted for,  I believe, free download ad PDF's 

There is a "State of MISRA"    presentation  by the MISRA-C Chairman WAG, Andrew Banks, as presented at the MISRA-C Workshop in the Device Developer Conference on the 27th April
