[SystemSafety] help in Barcelona Spain

Dear system safety fellows,

I like to travel and get appropriate recommendations.

However, please, keep this list clean! I think the Barcelona discussion
is definitely out of scope here. Seriously, further responses can also
be issued privately, thus, keeping our email load small!
