[SystemSafety] Reynobond panelling

There seems to be increasing concern about aluminium composite cladding as building material, e.g.,
https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2017/jun/22/tower-block-cladding-posing-danger-to-thousands-of-residents
. Obviously it is a major concern in the wake of the Grenfell Tower fire.

Many of the initial press articles were indirectly hinting that the panelling was the "cheap stuff",
for example that polyethelene-core panelling was used instead of the mineral-wool-core version to
save less than £5,000. It would be well to dispel this impression - I think it is mistaken.

Reynobond panelling is produced by a major company, Alcoa, and used throughout the world on large
buildings. Reynobond is a registered trade mark in the US of Alcoa. Here is the marketing brochure:
https://www.arconic.com/aap/north_america/catalog/pdf/brochures/Reynobond_Brochure.pdf . It gives
some specs, and illustrates six different attachment methods.

A key point is the way the panels are used, in particular the attachment. There is a short
description here: https://www.arconic.com/aap/north_america/catalog/pdf/brochures/reynobond_fr.pdf
Note in particular 1.03A: "Shop drawings shall show panel system including attachment methods,
joinery, sealing methods and accommodation of thermal movement. Details shall not be drawn less than
one-half size."

Details of how to go about installing the panels are given in
