[SystemSafety] HSE Annual Conference Lecture

I was asked by the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to give the
first of what is intended to be an annual series of lectures on safety
topics by independent lecturers. My topic was the Internet of Things,
with particular reference to cybersecurity and to driverless cars.

HSE have just put the lecture and transcript on line
<http://www.hse.gov.uk/events/independent-lecture.htm>.

Please feel free to distribute it or use it in any way you like (except
that the HSE Logo is heavily protected, so please don't distribute a
modified version that still carries that logo).
