[SystemSafety] Autonomously Driven Car Kills Pedestrian

The claim re lives saved / accidents avoided is an awful argument. The
human avoids a large number of accidents every time driving takes place and
there are no data for this.  There are no teenagers to my knowledge, for
example, who come home and say “you’ll never guess what Dad, I had a near
miss in the car on the way home today!”
