[SystemSafety] LOPA

I qualified my words because I cannot speak for all the industry.  However, my experience with several large refining companies and experience in consulting in the area of process safety is that most all use two slide-gate valves.  Maybe some other people on this list with more experience could speak to their experience in this regard.

I am glad that it is, at least, fairly common practice, but I would hope
that it might be more widespread practice than that.
