[SystemSafety] Fwd: MIT STAMP Workshop plus other stuff

We have the presentation slides up on the website from the March STAMP
workshop. You will find them (and the 2012 workshop slides) at
http://psas.scripts.mit.edu/home/
The videotapes from this year's workshop are not up yet but will be
soon.The workshop was a great success -- over 200 people attended even
without the U.S. government registrants who could not attend in the end due
to the effect of the sequester on travel funds.

There will be a First European STAMP workshop at the Technical University
of Braunschweig. The announcement is attached to this message. (please
direct questions to Rene Hosse, hosse at iva.ing.tu-bs.de, and not to me as I
am not involved in the planning of this workshop -- just passing the
information on).

Several people at the workshop wanted a mailing list to discuss and to
circulate information about STAMP and the tools built on it (CAST, STPA,
etc.). We have created the STAMP Forum mailing list hosted at MIT. To sign
up, go to http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/stamp_forum
The mailing list is not a general safety discussion list (of which there
are already several, including this one). The intent is to have the new
list focused solely on STAMP and thus to limit the email traffic.
