[SystemSafety] SCSC December seminar

The SCSC's next event is organised jointly with the BCS/IET/SaRS ISA Working
Group. It takes place in London on 5 December, on the subject of
Transferable Safety. It will look at situations such as:

-          read-across of evidence (e.g. civil equipment used for military
purposes)

-          reuse of components or subsystems (e.g. COTS equipment or
previously developed software)

-          systems used in a new context, where different safety standards
apply

-          integration of systems of systems.
