[Peter Bernard Ladkin]

I read in the paper today that the head of the German Intelligence Service, BND
(Bundesnachrichtendienst) told its parliamentary oversight committee on October 8 that MH 17 had
been shot down by separatists using a Buk system which they had obtained through plundering a
Ukrainian military base. Apparently, convincing evidence was presented.
