[SystemSafety] Oil train fireball

I'd guess that the Health and Safety Lab of UK HSE could tell you. They
modelled the Buncefield explosion mathematically and then recreated it
and filmed it with high-speed video to confirm their modelling. The head
of science at HSL is Prof Andrew Curran (Andrew.Curran at hsl.gsi.gov.uk).
