I'd guess that the Health and Safety Lab of UK HSE could tell you. They modelled the Buncefield explosion mathematically and then recreated it and filmed it with high-speed video to confirm their modelling. The head of science at HSL is Prof Andrew Curran (Andrew.Curran at hsl.gsi.gov.uk).
