[SystemSafety] Making Standards available .....

Hello List,

I was searching for the outline/contents of a standard to include in a
document for reference. I came across the "Estonian Centre for
Standardisation" https://www.evs.ee They sell the Estonian 'version' of
most EN standards in English for a reasonable (I appreciate this is
relative) price. I believe the difference is the cover. For example most
parts of EN 61508:2010 are about 20 Euro. You can also purchase the non
Estonian version of standards for the 'usual' price.

Perhaps someone has a better understanding of the legitimacy of what is on
offer considering the significant price difference.
