If you read German.

http://www.rvs.uni-bielefeld.de/publications/Papers/HazAn_2012_09_13-pub.pdf is fairly minimal.

Bernd Sieker's PhD thesis uses some logic, but is neither minimal nor a small reference [see
Footnote]:
http://www.rvs.uni-bielefeld.de/publications/Theses/Dissertation_Bernd_Sieker.pdf

An example in English, also not a commercial exercise, although based on a generic automotive bus
design in the Bosch Handbook on Automotive Electrics and Electronics (to a previous edition of
which we contributed), is
http://www.rvs.uni-bielefeld.de/publications/books/ComputerSafetyBook/09-Kapitel_9.pdf

This example was considerably extended by some Uni-Bielefeld students, but again the documents are
in German, and somewhat unrefined (lots of tables, minimal to zero explanation).

The issue, as so often, is that stuff one does for clients remains the property of the clients and
doesn't reach the public domain. With our limited resources, I have never solved that problem of
marketing. Other academic colleagues seem to be wonderful at it, but I just don't have that talent.

[Footnote] Academic institutions generally, unfortunately, don't consider either property to be
desirable :-( . Although I did have a pal in grad school who wanted to hand in a one-page math
thesis. He was after a finite projective plane of order 10, and figured that, if he got one, he'd
just be able to draw it and hand it in. Things didn't turn out that way, however. I found some
history at https://www.maa.org/sites/default/files/pdf/upload_library/22/Ford/Lam305-318.pdf
