If the EU is to succeed in the long term, the Eurocrats need to take their
head out of the sand and start listening to the everyday impact of the EU on
EU citizens. 

[CAH]  The problem was NOT the Eurocrats but how the local UK officials
implemented EU (and any other) legislation.  In or out of the EU we will
still have the same jobs worth's  stupidly enforcing legislation.
