[SystemSafety] What Tesla says about its autopilot

Curiously, the sensor to which I refer was to be fitted to a top-end 
German luxury car, itself with relatively low series volume. Whether the 
manufacturer proposed to use it also on lower-end models, I never did learn.

The vehicle manufacturer's tender did not specify whether it was to be 
an all-hardware or part-software implementation but required SIL4 if it 
contained any software.
