[SystemSafety] On off periods

Thats stacks up with my experience. Like most people with some degree of
autism, I'm an extremely bad multi-tasker and no multi-tasker at all
when SAD sets in.

Lights help to keep up mood and concentration but spillover light can be
a problem in open-plan offices. Fortunately, I think I now have a
solution to that. Today I received, from Oz via DHL, a pair of SAD
lights built into something that looks like a pair of glasses. It cost
UKP 119 on Amazon and it's currently charging up on one of my USB ports.
By having green-dominant (circa 550nm wavelength) light projected to the
eyes from LEDs in the frame, this device can provide the hour of 10,000
Lux daylight-equivalent light without annoying other people. I'll let
the group know how I get on with it.
