Old adage: If you don't specify what it is you are trying to accomplish, 
you can never fail at what you're doing.

Like others, I'm not slagging off all of Agile. I've seen the kind of 
devops techniques that Agile uses exploited very effectively in a highly 
critical project (Air Traffic Control) but it was deployed more in aid 
of rigorous CM to support controlled incremental development - quite 
unlike the typical ergodically hallucinogenic Agile process.
